IMPORTANT NOTE:
New CASA regulations, effective as of from Jan 1st 2004,
include the requirement that ALL SHIPPERS of Dangerous Goods by Air
also need to undertake appropriate training. Please advise those involved that
AFIF can provide this training. The Govt will allow a six month moratorium
after which this new rule will be strictly monitored.
Course Description
This course is designed to assist Warehouse staff, ULD loaders and Transport
operators in understanding the requirement of the Dangerous Good
Regulations. Participants attending "Awareness" courses must maintain
recurrent training every two (2) years. A IATA accredited Licence is
awarded to those who achieve a 70% pass mark in the examination.
