dnata CTO Notice
Melbourne Terminal Equipment Failure - Update
Further to the earlier Notice from dnata CTO regarding an equipment failure which has affected terminal operations over the weekend.
dnata advise the following update as at 12.30pm.
We are expecting the parts to arrive today and aim to have the system back online today.
Currently truck service time is averaging over 60 min and we aim to bring this back down once the Glidepath system is back online
This morning we are managing the truck queue and dwell as best as possible and export cargo is definitely given priority based on flight cut-off times.
Regards
Terence Yong, dnata
AFIF will provide further updates as they come to hand.
