With the new e-AWB Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Australia now in place, IATA and AFIF would together like to present a short 2 hour workshop designed to provide relevant updates to the market.

IATA’s Regional Cargo Manager, Mr. Rodrigo (Rudy) Reyes based in Singapore will be visiting Sydney and will conduct this workshop for us and we look forward to welcoming you to this informative and interactive session.

Attached herewith is the Meeting Agenda.

In this workshop you will have an opportunity to learn more about the use of e-AWB’s, experiences and lessons learnt in the ASPAC market and raise concerns that you may have or areas you’d like to address.

Places at this session are limited to about 20-25 participants. That being said, should we encounter a high demand for participation/attendance, we will look at facilitating further workshops or moving the workshop to another venue in the vicinity.

Light refreshments will also be served and to assist us with the logistics, could we please ask you to provide us by email:

  • Name/s of the attendees:
  • your organisation:
  • e-mail address:
  • telephone/mobile number:

Can you please e-mail these confirmation details to José Antonio OLAVARRIETA at IATA: olavarrietaj@iata.org
