We wish to advise you that AQIS systems will be unavailable on 26 December 2007 and on 29 December 2007, due to the IT server relocation associated with the DAFF Central Office move from Barton to Civic in the A.C.T. The anticipated effects of these outages are outlined below:

26 December 2007

This outage will affect all AQIS systems. Most significantly, there will be no messaging between AIMS and the Customs ICS from 8am - midnight.

29 December 2007

There will be no messaging between AIMS and Customs ICS between 2:00pm ADST 29 December and midnight ADST 29 December.

There will be no access to the Customs ICS from 2:00pm ADST to 4:30pm ADST. Therefore no electronic clearance will be possible during this time.

In addition, the DAFF website will not be available between 2:00pm ADST 29 December and 7:00am ADST 30 December, however access to the AQIS external web applications will be available via the following URLs:
