US Inbound Aircargo Security Screening deadline moves forward |

Please refer to the attached notice from USA TSA re the intention to move the deadline for the 100% inbound screening of aircargo from a date in 2013 to the end of 2011.
The prime responsibility will be with the carrier but the flow on effect will impact the whole supply chain.
AFIF is actively involved in working groups with the Australian Office of Transport Security and as such we will be contributing to discussion and closely monitoring developments and any relevant impact for the industry.
