AFIF Weekly Summary Bulletin 11 December 2009

The AFIF office will be closing for the holiday season. Our last day of business for 2009 will be Tuesday, 22nd December and we will be returning in 2010 on Monday, 4th January.

(Dangerous Goods By Sea) accreditation

Members are reminded that all persons involved in any of the processes involved in the transport of dangerous goods by sea need to be accredited by 1 January 2010. These include: taking bookings; preparing transport documents (Bills of Lading & Consignment notes); transport, handling; packing and storing)

AFIF and CBFCA have combined to provide this training to industry.
