AQIS having difficulty with ICS Dear Firstname, We have received the following advice from AQIS which is a nationwide problem. Whilst this may be resolved quickly, please advise those affected:

Please be aware that AQIS is currently experiencing problems trying to access ICS.
Both Customs & Volante have been informed of this problem and are currently looking into resolving the issue as a matter of urgency.
This outage does affect our Air Cargo Unit and it's ability to conduct Secondary Screening on SACs (Short and Cargo Reports) and also officers that need to manually lift/apply assessments. It would also appear that messaging from Customs is not working, as we have not received any messages from Customs since 11.25am AEDT. Messages out of AQIS seem to be working.
A notice will be sent out to industry through the CBFCA website and via an ICS Broadcast asap.
