ACCC Review of IATA We are still awaiting the draft determination from the ACCC re the full review of IATA exemptions to the Trade Practices Act. We sincerely thank our members who contributed to the submission levy, for their patience. The delay has primarily been caused by the inclusion of additional categories under review and also the ACCC recent focus on the re-examination of the Qantas / Air New Zealand joint marketing proposal. We will keep you posted. AFIF notes from meeting with Qantas CTO Sydney Following meetings between AFIF and Qantas GM, Cargo Terminals, a short list of points has been drawn up to alleviate some of the major problems with delays at the CTO. In another announcement, P&O Ports advise that their purpose designed warehousing facility at Molineux point, Port Botany will commence Import FAK / LCL ops from May 3rd. Click here for full details.
