AIRFREIGHT

AFIF and IATA Finalise New Cargo Agency Agreement

Further to previous advise regarding the international ratification of a new Air Cargo Agency Agreement for Australia, AFIF have been working with IATA to finalise the agreement and the financial criteria. Members will soon receive a new contract for their agreement and signature. Please note it is important that all IATA forwarders sign this agreement as failure to do so will result in the old agreement remaining in effect.

AFIF 2006 - the planning begins !

The organising committee will soon be getting together to plan for next year’s AFIF conference. We have already selected the Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast and the dates will be May 17-19 2006.
