Imports ICS - "Getting Started"

The ICS User representative Paul Zalai has prepared a document entitled: "INTEGRATED CARGO SYSTEM - IMPLEMENTATION". This has been designed to assist those members who haven't yet implemented a plan for transition to the new Customs Import ICS system.

There is a particular focus on transition, digital certificate and client registration issues.
