1. Ezycargo heads west!!
From 20th to 23rd March, an Ezycargo eBusiness specialist will again be visiting Perth, working with forwarders and airlines on key Ezycargo functions such as electronic data transfer and eBookings.

2. Our new on-line reports to monitor you FWB & FHL transmissions
Due to the importance of your FWB's and FHL's being successfully received by the airlines and CTO's, we have recently launched a new web based data reporting tool that enables you to monitor the message transfer of all your data through the Ezycargo messaging hub. So in addition to any monitoring that may be included in your host system, you can now also monitor your data flow on www.ezycargo.com.au.

3. Another reminder - please review your response messages
As penalties can apply if your FWB and FHL messages are not received at CTO's and airlines, it is very important that you review your response messages from Ezycargo and the airlines to ensure successful message transmission.

4. Did you know about automatic email alerts for your eBookings?
A reminder that when you send your eBookings through Ezycargo, you can elect to receive automatic email alerts to advise the status of your booking. So in addition to reviewing your bookings in the Booking Log on www.ezycargo.com.au, you can also receive an email the moment the airlines confirm or amend any of your bookings.

5. Automatic Status Updates - helping to monitor your cargo and improve
your customer service
In response to receiving FWB's from forwarders, most airline systems return FSU (Freight Status Update) messages to advise the status of your cargo as it moves through its journey.
These updates are returned to your host system, or in some cases may also be emailed to you. They really are a great way to monitor your cargo without having to visit multiple airline web sites.

If you are one of the agents entering FWB's via www.ezycargo.com.au, just a reminder that you have an extra feature already available that allows you to view all your status updates. It's located under the 'History' tab, and you can easily customise your report to produce the results you need. |
