e-AWB Performance Results Generated Plenty of Feedback – Australia Can Do Better Than 51% e-AWB Penetration

Last week’s item in the AFIF Weekly News on the Top airports and forwarders in Australia e-AWB Performance has provided plenty of member feedback. In essence, if a number of airlines aren’t offering e-AWB facility to industry, how can forwarders participate in an e-AWB Performance Top 20 table? Some airline’s excuse is ‘there is little demand from the forwarders for e-AWB in this market.’ It’s a cop out. Australia’s result in March of 51.8% e-AWB penetration exceeds the below 50% annual average, which is a positive. We can do much better, but it takes 2 to tango! Details of how industry can change the e-AWB landscape, in Weekly News.
